Michael Allsopp-Smith


Mike has enjoyed a high profile and successful career in competitive bodybuilding for over ten years. He has reached a second placing in the World Bodybuilding Championships. To maintain such longevity in the highly competitive and stressful sport of bodybuilding requires a determination and strength of spirit that is second to none.

Those who know Mike personally will attest to his quiet nature and laid back presence. Beneath this calm exterior lies an iron will and stubborn streak combined with a highly competitive outlook. He is a perfectionist and applies himself to his sports with a methodical approach and high motivation.

Mike is taking a break from competitive bodybuilding presently and has entered the world of motorbike racing. He had never ridden a motorbike until he was 36 years old and against the odds of his age, weight and experience he has surprised many around him with solid and consistent results. He has applied himself to this new sport with a methodical plan combined with the same quiet iron will and determination. As a result he has dropped 20kgs in muscle weight and increased his cardiovascular and endurance fitness tenfold.

As a personal trainer, Mike has worked privately and for Miadasport, coaching a variety of clients to reach their individual goals. His own personal experience on the race track combined with years of fitness training, first hand knowledge of the mental strength required to perform at top levels and caring nature ensure he comes highly recommended to help you. Tracy Allsopp-Smith

Tracy has enjoyed a varied career across many industries. She is a qualified Chef, a qualified Personal Trainer, a qualified Direct Marketer and has also worked in several high level Executive Assistant positions. Throughout all these career changes she has maintained a keen interest in fitness, nutrition and bodybuilding.   
Her bodybuilding career commenced with her first contest was in 1999 following which she took a break from the sport but continued with her fitness lifestyle. When she met Mike in 2006, her interest was re-kindled in bodybuilding. She entered eight contests in 06/07 amassing an impressive range of regional and national titles. She also has reached a 2nd placing in the World Bodybuilding champs and her and Mike have competed together successfully numerous times.
 
Tracy is a part time fitness model and also enjoys riding her motorbike at regular track days. She constantly puts herself out of her comfort zone and has travelled extensively. She is high energy and very motivated. Her personal motto is life is short, pack it in. Wanting to make the most out of every day, she looks forward to helping you make the most out of yours.
